Ingliston Country Club and Estate provides a versatile range of event and meeting spaces, catering to corporate needs from intimate boardroom meetings to large conferences and events for up to 500 delegates.

Located just 10 minutes west of Glasgow Airport and 25 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, we are situated in the tranquil countryside of Bishopton, making us an ideal destination for business gatherings. We offer four internal event spaces, each uniquely designed to suit various business requirements, complemented by external spaces and terraces for al fresco dining and activities.

The mix of facilities allows us to create unforgettable, engaging events that align with your objectives. In addition to event spaces, we provide a 30-bedroom boutique hotel, 14 luxury Alpine lodges, and the award-winning Palomino's restaurant. Ingliston’s prestigious Equestrian Centre adds a unique dimension, all set in idyllic surroundings. The Grand Marquee
Our expansive indoor Grand Marquee is designed to be a blank canvas for your large events, offering flexibility and impactful design options. With stunning chandeliers, white drapes, and ambient mood lighting, this space is perfect for bringing your creative vision to life. 

Accommodating up to 500 delegates, the Grand Marquee offers a sectional layout that can be customized for a wide range of functions including corporate conferences, speaker sessions, award ceremonies, concerts, and exhibitions.

The Connemara Suite
For a more intimate and sophisticated event, the Connemara Suite offers a refined setting with its private terrace and elegant design. Created by award-winning Scottish Interior Designer John Amabile, this suite features luxurious tones of grey and silver, bespoke crystal chandeliers, and an individual lighting system. It’s perfect for smaller conferences, day events, or private gatherings. The suite also includes a Champagne bar and al fresco terrace for a premium experience.

The Salerno Suite
A stunning tribute to Art Deco design, the Salerno Suite offers an event space that spans two levels, with a private entrance, reception area, and bar. The suite combines classic luxury with modern functionality, featuring an additional bar, lounge with a large fireplace, and a delegate mixing area. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor terrace that overlooks the beautiful Italian gardens and the Kilpatrick Hills.

Alternatively, we offer Dry Hire options for those who prefer to work with their own independent suppliers, giving you the flexibility to customize your event further.

Boutique Hotel

Our 30-bedroom boutique hotel offers contemporary, stylish rooms with stunning countryside views. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring; ensuite bathrooms, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi.

We offer a variety of room types to suit your needs. For our Deluxe rooms, Junior Suite, and lodges with hot tubs, we also provide bathrobes and slippers for an extra touch of luxury.

A traditional Scottish & Continental Breakfast is included for all hotel guests. Guests staying in our self-catering lodges can also opt for this breakfast for an additional charge.

Our 14 luxury Alpine lodges provide an even more exclusive and private option. Some of these lodges come equipped with outside hot tubs and saunas, offering an indulgent experience in the heart of the countryside.

We provide ample car parking facilities, including spaces for disabled guests and EV charging points. For easy access, we are conveniently located near Bishopton Train Station and can be easily reached via the M8, Junction 29.
