- Decide which membership package best suits your business needs: Visit Glasgow or Glasgow Convention Bureau.
- Choose a category from your chosen membership package.
- Complete the short membership application .
- Email your application to [email protected]
Membership Approval process
When we receive your completed application we aim to be in touch within two working days with approval of your membership.
Once your membership is approved, we'll need some basic details to help us promote your business. These details vary depending on your chosen membership package but will include a selection of the following:
- Sales contact person, email, and phone number.
- Up to ten landscape format images representing your business.
- Up to 300 words of marketing copy.
- Meeting room names and capacities (venue and hotels only).
- Link(s) to your sustainability policy/accreditation and Access Guide for disabled visitors.
Invoicing and membership renewals
Our membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
Membership fees are invoiced as follows:
- 1 April – 30 September: Businesses joining during this period will be invoiced for the full 12 months of membership.
- 1 October – 31 December: Businesses joining during this period will be invoiced for the remaining 6 months of the membership year.
- 1 January – 31 March: Businesses joining during this period will receive 3 months of complimentary membership benefits. They will then be invoiced in February/March for the following 12-month membership year.
