Ubiquitous Chip

The Ubiquitous Chip has been bringing exceptional Scottish food and legendary hospitality, to Glasgow for 50 years.

This multi-award winning restaurant and bar continues to delight guests with locally sourced, seasonal, inventive and, where possible, foraged cuisine.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant has two parts; the Inside Room and the Courtyard. The Inside Room is a more suitable area for larger bookings that exceed 17, whereas the Courtyard would be more suitable for bookings of 16 below. Both beautiful settings with shrubbery, artwork and even a water feature with live fish. Guests can choose from the A La Carte Menu, Tasting Menu and our Set Menu for large parties.

The Brasserie

The Brasserie is available for private hire and can seat up to 46 people. It’s the perfect setting for more relaxed dining with the perfect drinks list to accompany any dish.

Wee Whisky Bar available for Private Hire

The wee pub offers one of the largest whisky selections in Scotland. It is available for private hire and whisky tastings.
